GoogleMy first experience with an estate agents and what an utter shambles. After their ‘soft market’ approach (garnering 0 views) they ADMITTED to us that they had totally forgotten to even market our property. Their communication was appalling and the following 2 months of marketing was just as poor as before. We had now gone into the housing market of the Kwasi budget which destroyed the value of our home. In the space of 3.5 months we had 5 views, 0 offers and a total disregard for our property from the agents. My guess being that it was too low in price to be important enough to market appropriately. Having since re-listed out house with a different agent, we have had several viewings already and the house isn’t even on the open market yet. I cannot stress enough how poor their service was. Avoid avoid avoid!

GoogleWhere do I start with my experience. I put my house of the market with KFH due to them selling my neighbours property last August. They sold an idea to soft market my house in September for 2 weeks at a higher price and if it received little interest we would go to the open market at a reduced (more reasonable) price. As this was apparently the strategy used for my neighbour I decided to choose the same option. Over those two weeks the agent went sick and the manager also sick as she was heavily pregnant. My property was forgotten and not a single viewing arranged for 3 weeks and no communication. When someone (the administrator) eventually contacted me she admitted that they had forgotten to market the property! They had wasted 4 weeks by this point, leading me into the market that we know was very fragile towards the end of last year, interest rates soaring and therefore losing buyers! When they eventually marketed the property we were barely getting a viewing a week! I understand that the market is unstable at present but KFHs service was even more unstable that that! Eventually we decided to terminate our contact at Christmas receiving only 5 viewings in 2 months! Just don’t bother with them, they are only interested in houses with a very high price point to get the most commission. They are unprofessional, have a lack of respect for their clients and poor communication. I have yet to receive an apology for their shoddy work!

I'm a first time landlord with no prior experience and I was looking for a lettings service from a well known and experienced business in the game. Both Natalie and Brooke of the Bromley office looked after me and the process of marketing my property, finding a tenant and advising me as best as possible with any decisions needing to be made in the most professional manner. Cannot thank them enough for their support in this process and comfortably seeing it through to the end with no hiccups. Amazing service!!! 👍🏿👍🏿

He accommodated our endless questions and requests to revisit the property and ensured we had everything we needed to guide us through the process. This made all the difference when on the verge of making one of the biggest financial decisions there is. My expectations of customer service are high. Armir met them all.
