GoogleI am an overseas landlord, so it's very important for me to have a property agent I can trust. KFH are incredibly pro-active and diligent in managing my property. Special mentions to Danny Friemann who is always available to help me with any general queries, and Brooke Williams who was particularly efficient in getting me new tenants when my previous tenant left

GoogleI had an amazing experience with Brooke after a really bad experience with another estate agent. She worked quickly and was very understanding and supportive. It was lovely to work with an estate agent who had compassion for people looking for a home rather than just seeing them as pound signs.

GoogleI had the pleasure with dealing with Malica from the Bromley branch. She was extremely helpful in my property search and was heavily involved with all aspects of the purchase of the property including arranging subsequent viewings, dealing with queries, communicating with the vendor and even liaising with the solicitors. Made the purchase process a lot smoother and am grateful that she went the extra mile for me.
