Very professional, polite and curteous staff who kept me up-to-date regularly on the sales process in terms of viewings, feedback etc. but more importantly getting people through the door. I was delighted when Malica introduced my buyer to the house and sealed the deal, very happy!

GoogleFor the fault oven replacement took 20 days. Very late response and follow up from Agency. But for the reason I want to end the contract with 2 month notice and email to the agent. Very quick reply that my contract only ends as per agreement. I wonder how fast they work in different occasions.

GoogleRecently had help to find a flat from Brooke Williams at KFH. So refreshing to find someone who hasn't forgotten communication is key. Regular emails asking how I was getting on, only agent who bothered to do so to be honest. Excellent!
