GoogleI've found KFH to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They explored in detail what type of property I was looking for and delivered. I particularly found Emily to be intuitive, patient, not pushy as I've experienced with other estate agents. During viewings Emily pointed out aspects of the property that we may have missed and suggested simple solutions to make changes to enhance it. This certainly give us food for thought. Following viewings Emily didn't immediately contact us for further thoughts of the property but allowed time for reflection. My contact with other staff members was also positive. Rebecca for example was very experienced and informative. She knows Bromley very well. I would certainly recommend KFH if you are looking to buy or sell a property given my experience of them.

GoogleIt was extremely helpful having Patrick as our agent. We went very fast through the process of renting a flat with him. Every single time there was a paper needed, he called or emailed us immediately after,keeping us updated, so what was supposed to be a very long waiting time, it soon became an efficient and rapid process. GoogleHaving dealt with a number of estate agents over the years, mostly not very positive experiences, I can honestly say it has been a pleasure dealing with the staff at KFH Bromley and Ramsay in particular. It has been an unnecessarily stressful sale of my property (out of the control of all parties), but Ramsay's excellent communication and absolute professionalism has smoothed the way. Although not the cheapest estate agent on the the High Street, I would have no hesitation in using or recommending Ramsay and KFH Bromley in the future.

GoogleI've just recently sold my house with KFH Bromley. Emily the manager sold me with her friendly and professional tone, but mainly with her pitch about how her team were going to market the house, the area, and how they had a large number of clients waiting for a property like mine. This as I said sold me from the start compared to other leading estate agents. Professionalism and a great team were there from the start as well as beautifully photographed stills of my house. The team were extremely helpful and gave me almost daily reports of client viewing, client views on the house and what they were doing to get it me the right deal. The star of the show if I'm honest was Ramsay. He is a very well presented, friendly, trustworthy and an extremely knowledgable character. He pushed to get me the deal I wanted. Anyway I would highly recommend KFH Bromley as you will not be disappointed.

GoogleWe have just had an offer accepted on a house in Bromley. Our experience with KFH has been fantastic and so much better than at any estate agent we have used in the past. This has been mainly due to Ramsay who has been incredible throughout the process. He has always been proactive and warm and friendly (our 1 year old daughter loves him!) Most importantly he has demonstrated a great understanding of exactly what we were looking for and only showed us properties that were of interest (unlike other angencies in the past) 5 stars!

I am updating my review from 5 stars to 3 because it has been 3 weeks since I have told the person managing our property that flush tank in the toilet is not working and so far nothing! What if it was an urgent matter?!!!!
