GoogleWe received excellent service from Christian White at KFH when we were looking for a place to rent in Bromley. He negotiated with the landlord to have the house redecorated and a new carpet laid before we took up the tenancy and gave us up to date reports as to the progress. When I had problems getting the Check In report, one phone call to Christian and I had received it within a few mins. In all my dealings with him he has been helpful and courteous. Well done Christian!

Rebecca W was very helpful in my property search this year, understanding what type of property I was interested in & would suit my needs and was able to arrange multiple viewings very quickly. GoogleI have never seen any agent go beyond their capacity to assist in finding a property like Demi Letts. Especially when you are new to the city. Demi has taken the effort of driving me around to view the properties. She has taken the time beyond her working hours on weekends which is so appreciative. I recently had my first ever viewing with Demi-Leigh Letts and I have to say she made it extra special. She was extremely friendly, helpful and completely professional the whole way through. She answered any questions I had and made me feel at ease. Would highly recommend her.

GoogleRecently I have moved out of a rented property managed by KFH. Anita Barry from KFH managed it. She is absolutely great at her work. She managed the entire transition immaculately. One of the rare professional who equally cared for tenets, while safeguarding interest of the landlord. Her communication has helped to easy worries for me as I was trying to close out my new house purchase within the timeframe. Landlord too was very accommodative. KFH are fortunate to have such great professional as their employee, who delights clients day and day out. Thanks a lot Anita and KFH.

GoogleAfter losing out on what we thought was our dream house (due to slight miscommunication re terms of offer), KFH were excellent and made sure we were first in the door for another property that was added to their books - which was even better than the original one we had fallen in love with! We secured the property within a day and they were incredibly supportive and responsive throughout the process. We are delighted with our new home and grateful to KFH for all their help in securing it for us.
