Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward dealt with a corporate letting for us and managed all aspects of the 'set up' - finding tenants, arranging references and all through to the finalisation of contract(s) and ensuring that all tenant needs were dealt with. Communications throughout (through Natalie Humm) were exemplary and 'fast', ensuring that all was smooth, and any issues were covered off highly effectually and to the satisfaction of all parties. We couldn't be happier .... AND will doubtless deal with Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward again !!PositiveQuality

GoogleI should like to award KfH estate agents five stars out of five for their excellent service in selling my home. They called around and gave a very fair valuation, carefully explaining the reasoning behind the valuation. They accompanied all viewings and kept me properly and promptly informed with the feedback from all viewers. As you might expect, it was not roses all the way. For example, the need to provide and update my identification credentials was, from time to time, a bit of a pain. However, that was not of their making and they have to follow the law.....so I suppose even that was reassuring in that they paid attention to all details. I thoroughly recommend KfH and would have no hesitation if engaging them again in the future.

Fantastic advice from the very experienced and professional Emily who gave spot on advice about marketing our property, then superb service from Maleka, Rebecca and Jack who ensured a steady stream of potential buyers. Jack found the perfect buyer and was complimented by them on his professionalism and attention to detail in his knowledge of our property. His communication was second to none and from offer to completion has been less than 6 weeks. First class!

GoogleWe were incredibly impressed by our KFH experience. We had used a different agent prior and were fed up with the lack of feedback and viewings. When we switched to KFH our experience changed instantly. Emily won us over instantly, she could not understand why our property had lacked buyer’s interest and gave us practical advice on how to make it more appealing. They carried out thorough research to see how best to price and market it. We got more viewings in the first week than we did in the 3 months with the previous agent. It sold within days. A couple of months later, when our chain fell apart - through no fault of KFH, Emily promised us she’d sell our house again within a couple of days and make sure we had a chain free buyer so that we would not lose the house we were buying and so that we could complete within the stamp duty deadline. True to her word, we got 3 offers and got more money than our original sale. Emily regularly rang us to give us updates, chased solicitors and always returned emails and calls quickly. She was beyond superb and we cannot recommend her enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI have used KFH for many years now, to look after the leasing of a property I own in Bromley. The staff there have always been professional, patient, helpful, and swift in both communication and action. In particular I am very grateful to Brooke Williams who went above and beyond in terms of customer service recently, helping me ensure that I had everything needed for my new tenant to move in. It is exactly this kind of working relationship that keeps me with KFH. The assistance I got from Brooke, is invaluable as I no longer live in the borough and it would be a lot harder to deal with the responsibilities of a landlord without their support. Would highly recommend.

GoogleThis was an incredibly smooth sale for us, and we have no hesitation in giving KFH five stars. Emily gave a really clear summary of the best marketing for our bungalow, and we felt her local knowledge was outstanding. We were very happy with the photos and brochure, and the buyer was actually someone on KFH books who viewed it before it went on the open market. Very smooth and efficient management of the processes by Jack and Amelia, with everything from marketing to completion in just 8 weeks!

She is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about you and your needs. She found me properties to view, which were exactly what I was looking for!
