TrustpilotUtter nightmare. AVOID at all costs.
What a complete nightmare it was to be placed in a property where numerous basic amneties were out of order, repairs never happened and eventually out of complete despair I decided to leave. I was flat out lied to on liability, and as a result my deposit was halved. I didn't fight it in court nor with DPS because its simply not worth my time.Their primary interest is money and their self interests and definitely not their tenants. Any issues are collateral to them. Do yourself a huge favour and avoid this agency. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Poor customer, keep being promissed call backs to discuss queries and not once have I receive a call back when agreed. They seem very helpful until your moved in and stop putting effort afterwards. Not happy at all with the service.

I'm leaving this review with the up most respect and appreciation for Amy Francis at choices rentals let's. I lived in one of their rentals for a good number of years and not really needing any support or advice. But as of a few weeks ago Amy francis dealt with everything regarding a emergency situation with hast and importance she made me feel safe in the knowledge and she was to resolve any problems and she was quick to reassure my concerns and gave me peace of mind.She made sure things got done on time and knew they were important to me. Thank you so much.

Didn't respond to my heating maintenance issue for more than 6 months despite 4 reports.Did not respond to me handing notice in for almost 3 weeks.Hands-down the worst points of contact for property management I've ever heard of never mind had to deal with.
