AWFUL experience, Incredibly deceitful! I have had the worst experience with the manager Esme and negotiator Xavier, I was shown an apartment and told that I would be living with one other female, after I had paid the holding fee, I was informed that I would be living with a couple! They refused to give me back my refund and I will be taking them to a small claims court. A bunch of scammers.

GoogleDelt with Kayleigh and Jack in lettings they were very helpfull and went the extra mile to get things done. A few problems with a property but quickly and professionally delt with them and got it sorted. Great customer service and attitudes towards their tennants. Would recomend .

Terrible at fixing things quickly. Constantly have to chase them to get answers & follow ups. Waiting since the beginning of 2021 to fix a heating problem. Very evasive & non compassionate. Wouldn't recommend.
