TrustpilotAbbie Tallack went above and beyond…
Abbie Tallack went above and beyond what is expected during a rental process and I cannot recommend her enough. She was helpful and efficient at all times and deserves five stars. The whole rental process, controlled by Head Office, not the Chichester Office per se, proved tiresome and laborious, however.

TrustpilotOliver Munro is great
Oliver Munro is great, answered immediately and from there on out he was very responsive. Where it takes days to hear back from agent,Oliver has responded within minutes, sometimes even seconds! He was a true professional. His advice and support through closing was invaluable. He was polite, available, friendly, and knowledgable. I have and will continue to recommend him to all my friends.

TrustpilotTyler in lettings was outstanding tenant secured in 24 hours.
I had troubles with a different agent who were complacent with my property as a guaranteed landlord so they thought! Tyler was fantastic in not only dealing with everything promptly and effectively. He listened to my concerns and who I wanted for my property. Had the property live and a tenant secured within 24 hours of being on the market.Brilliant work AJ

Cubbit and west is a great company and weve really had good experiences. However, when it comes to fixing issues in the house, response has been poor. Some issues have lingered over a year without anything being done, even whe they come for routine chexks and the issues are raised again, notes are taken but not action.

TrustpilotJulie the gem
We have just exchanged contracts today and had Julie Bramble as our sales progressor. She was so helpful, responded quickly and provided us with plenty of updates. It’s been a long and stressful eight months but her help was invaluable to us. She is a gem and perhaps deserves a little pay rise ;) thank you Julie!

TrustpilotKatarina in the Reigate office is…
Katarina in the Reigate office is brilliant! She works so hard to ensure that she delivers on what the customer wants. Always provides attention to detail and thinks outside of the box when it comes to properties that may be of interest when you are also a potential vendor to help make the process easier. After dealing with many other agents in the Reigate area recently, she puts the rest to shame and if you snooze - you lose! This is probably why Katarina does so well as she keeps on going even when others don't!

TrustpilotEnthusiastic, professional and a pleasure to deal with
Unlike some of the disinterested and disengaged estate agents in the area, Maddison was confident and enthusiastic about taking on our property. She was professional and very easy to deal with, as were her colleagues managing the viewings. The video and photos were excellent and the property was sold at asking price.
