BR Estate Agent Bromley reviews

I have been a landlord for many years and have always sourced tenants without using an agent. However it has become increasingly difficult to find suitable tenants now so therefore following a recommendation I contacted BR Estate Agent. What a good decision that was. Dealing with Aidan at BR was a pleasant and stress free experience from the off. After coming to assess the property and provide a valuation an open day was organized with numerous potential tenants coming to view, all handled by Aidan. Within 48 hours of that event I had three solid offers all at asking price. After thorough vetting tenants have now moved in and I have to say every stage of the process was seamless. A quality, professional and value-for-money service from start to finish. Will definitely be using BR in the future. Highly recommended.

Aiden and Chris worked really hard to sell my flat. In a very difficult market when others advised me it’s not possible they delivered results. I had guidance and support throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling or renting!

We have been so impressed with both Chris and Aidan. They have been professional throughout our sale and so knowledgeable about the local area. They made a couple of difficult issues with the sale very easy to navigate and we felt confident in their handling of our affairs. We also used a conveyancing solicitor recommended by BR Estates and that made communication between us all uncomplicated and straightforward. We would not hesitate to recommend BR Estates to anyone considering selling their property.

The team at BR Estate agents are exceptional. They facilitated a sale for a probate sale recently. Their knowledge and understanding of the market is outstanding and enabled a house that required modernisation a quicker sale than I imagined. There isn’t enough words to explain how grateful I am for their expertise and encourage anyone who is wanting to buy and sell to walk into their office because it is not just a job for them they truly care about the outcome. Chris and Aidan are always a phone call away ready to discuss anything regarding your house sale. Thanks again!

Brilliant guys at this business. First time buyer and very good bedside manner and approach to things. Lots of communication, lots of chasing on our behalf, so thankful we had someone like this on our team to help us through what was otherwise a very stressful purchase. Solid work from the group over there at BR Estate Agents.

Fantastic service from Aidan and Chris at BR Estate Agent. We bought a house in Bromley and the whole process was professional and timely. It was so nice working with one of the good estate agents out there and they were very patient with us when viewing the property with our kids. Would 100% recommend using these guys to buy or sell your property! Thank you from Ellen, Paolo + family.

This was our second time dealing with Chris and BR Estate Agent, first as buyers in 2021 and now as sellers. As a returning customer based on great service experience before as a buyer, we could not be more happy with the service on the sale side as well. Our flat sold in one day and for significantly over what we thought was achievable. Chris's advice and attention was key for getting this result. Aidan also did a great job responding to buyer enquiries and following through on communication. As experienced property investors we deal with many property agencies, and BR Estate Agent are definitely the best we have come across. Highly recommended.

Chris at BR estate agent was a pleasure to deal with. He kept me updated throughout the sale process. The personal touch from them is so much better than the impersonal approach of other firms I’ve dealt with and being local he knows his area very well. I would recommend anyone to give him a try.

I don’t write many reviews but I definitely think this estate agents deserves one, BR sold my mothers house and from the start was amazing, with realistic valuations and pure honesty, communicated so well with us, Chris the owner was soo friendly and knows his stuff, great to see a local independent business with excellent service. Also with the fees was a great low fee none of this starting higher and having to haggle. Soooo happy Thank you.
