It was many years since my wife and I went through the property sale and purchase process. Aidan and Chris certainly took a lot of the stress away from us. Sell your property with BR estates , sit back and relax while Chris & Aidan do all the work. Excellent service from start to finish with the services of recommended conveyancer Jessica to make it all run smoothly. Regular progress updates were very helpful as was persistent effort on our behalf to reach exchange of contracts and completion in accordance with our wishes. It was a long distance move and we were having to try and get house clean and tidy before we left. Then along came Aidan to wish us well and rolled up his sleeves and set about vacuuming the bedrooms, that was definitely above and beyond. We would wholeheartedly recommend BR unreservedly 5 stars

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an outstanding experience with Chris as our estate agent while purchasing our property. From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful and supportive, going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. We were part of a chain, and Chris stepped in to assist with selling our flat, even though it wasn’t his responsibility. His advice was invaluable, far beyond what we received from John Payne, one of the larger estate agents, who frankly, were very unhelpful. Chris and Aidan guided us on changing marketing strategies, advised when to reduce the price, and handled those difficult conversations with professionalism. When our contract with John Payne ended, Chris took over the marketing of our flat. Within just two weeks, he generated a significant amount of interest and viewings, and we soon had an offer accepted. Throughout the process, he was instrumental in keeping things on track, especially when dealing with the chain and solicitors, offering practical advice, and pushing things forward. Towards the end of the process, we faced some complications, but Chris remained a steady and reliable presence, helping us navigate the challenges. I can’t recommend BR Estate Agent enough. Their dedication, expertise, and hands-on approach made a stressful process so much easier. We couldn't have done it without you Chris!
