GoogleOutstanding service from start to finish. Would highly recommend BR! I was very pleasantly surprised with how easy the whole process was made by them. Aidan the estate agent was on the ball with everything. As someone who has never let a property before, I had a lot of queries. Aidan went above and beyond to promptly help me and provided regular updates. BR have proven to be a trustworthy agency, no hidden costs and everything was clearly explained to me from the get go. The letting fees were very reasonable in comparison to other agencies. Renting my property and choosing the right agency was something that I was anxious about but all the support I received from BR put me at ease.
I will be using BR to manage my property throughout the fixed term and will definitely be recommending to my family and friends. Trust this agency 100%. Thank you Aidan and the BR team!

I spent a lot of time familiarising myself with the property market and the estate agents in the Bromley area. BR have a very professional website, they are on all the search platforms and already had good reviews so we decided to go with them to sell a property. We weren’t disappointed.
The service they provided was excellent ensuring there was constant cover. Chris and Aidan provided a friendly and attentive service.
Both very knowledgeable which was a great help in decision making.
When we lost a sale through no fault of theirs they contacted previous viewers as well as finding new viewings and very soon we had a new buyer. They were both very supportive and ensured the process went as smoothly as possible with a positive attitude. They went above and beyond to complete the sale. I would highly recommend.

GoogleAs first time buyers, BR Estate agents made everything so smooth and simple. I have to give them a 10 out of 10 for communication. Chris and Aidan were always quick to reply to queries and were great as the middle men between us and the sellers.
Chris and Aidan were always very courteous and very professional. I honestly can't fault them for anything.
The little gift on completion day when we collected the keys was a bonus!
Thank you both soooo much!

GoogleAidan and Chris went above and beyond! Best Estate Agents we've ever worked with, and they made buying a house a lot less stressful! We always knew what was going on, and Aidan was instumental in chasing solicitors and other agents in order to get the process moving. We sold and moved house in less than 4 months, and would definitely attribute a lot of that to them and their experience. Thanks again!

GoogleChris contact up and down our chain was just shocking often only coming back with blunt answers if he bothered to reply at all. He continuously lied to the chain and he left things right until the last possible moment to exchange which caused aload of stress honestly if it wasn’t for the other sales progressors in the chain we would have lost our house. I would not recommend Chris or his estate agents as he is usless and would avoid him with a 10 foot barge pole. If you want piece of mind at night I would recommend not using him.

Hi Brad. I can understand your frustration that your property purchase had taken longer than you had expected. Since we have not had any contact or communication during the process until now, regrettably, we both have not been able to get an understanding of what information had been relayed up and down the chain. For this reason, I do think it is unfair for you to give such a negative review considering you have not used the services of BR Estate Agent. Of course I would welcome a conversation with you if this would help. All intentions for any agent involved is to keep a chain intact, as challenging as it may be, so that everyone can achieve their end goal. Which I am so pleased, as well as relieved, to say that my buyer and seller had successfully completed yesterday, which has also enabled you and everyone else involved to move into their new homes. Chris

GoogleChris at BR Estate Agents made the whole process of selling my house seamless. He was clear, honest and helpful, and made himself easily contactable throughout. When Chris came round to value the house, he shared comparison data from the current housing market to give us a better understanding of what was achievable. Chris arranged an open day for us and filled it from 9am - 6pm, he delivered multiple offers and provided information about the perspective buyers. I would thoroughly recommend Chris and his services for anyone looking to sell in and around Bromley.
