Our involvement with BR Estate Agents came about as we purchased a house that BR Estate Agents were selling on behalf of there client, due to us not employing BR directly we shouldn't really have had the experience we had which was top class from start to finish. It genuinely felt like we were as big a priority as the vendors. Aiden's transparency throughout was most welcome which made a potential stressful experience much more managable. We cannot thank Chris and Aidan enough for helping us sell our home, especially as we were relocating abroad to Lithuania. Before working with BR Estate Agent, our property was listed with another agency for two months and we only had two viewings in total. After moving to Chris and Aidan, the difference was incredible. Undoubtedly the best estate agents in Bromley (and south east London). Our experience of selling AND buying a property with BR Estate Agent was fantastic, and a real contrast to some of the other estate agents we encountered. From the first meeting Aidan gave us confidence that he would be acting in our best interests. Aidan is professional, personable and exceptionally knowledgable. Because BR is an independent business, we only ever dealt with Aidan or his colleague Chris. This made the world of difference, as buying/selling a property is stressful and so it was reassuring that we were always able to get in contact with Aidan (and Chris) easily, and both were happy to answer any questions and provide advice. Aidan kept us up to date throughout the process, and worked exceptionally hard to make sure that any issues that arose were quickly resolved. This dramatically lowered our stress levels, and as we were also buying from BR the whole process was incredibly smooth. We also received very positive feedback from our solicitor who also had regular contact with Aidan. We would not hesitate to recommend BR, and recommended them to our former neighbour (who incidentally has already been able to sell). When we move again, we will definitely be selling (and hopefully buying) through BR.

Aidan and Chris were exceptional! I would highly recommend them to anyone trying to sell their property. I was initially only purchasing a property through them, however after a large, well known estate agent that was listing my property were failing to get it under offer, I switched the sale over to BR as well. They marketed the property very well and managed to get it under offer in a fraction of the time that it was listed with the other agent. Their communication and attentiveness throughout the whole process made it so easy. Having the confidence that you can pick up the phone and call them with any problem or question, knowing they will answer and take ownership of the issue is worth it’s weight in gold - something you will not find at a big estate agents with many employees.
