The staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. They checked in regularly and were flexible with viewing times, etc. They responded to emails relatively quickly. Losing 2 stars because we were told that our offer was 'being discussed with family' and we know that to be false. It was accepted immediately by the seller (who confirmed this to us herself, and was quite surprised we had been told this). Anyone who has been in this situation knows how it feels to wait around for an answer, and we were left feeling anxious and stressed for a much longer than necessary time. We're unsure of the reasoning for this because we offered the full asking price, so it's not like we were likely to call back and offer more in response to that.

I purchased a house through B.A.O and I cannot recommend them enough. Their communication exceeded my expectations. Emma, in particular was always there for us answering any niggles or concerns we may have raised mainly in a a matter of hours. We had been in contact with other agents in the area but found them to be disorgansised, not nearly as good with communications also sometimes duplicating e- mails and not finding ours.
