I've used this office twice in the last few years - and this was an excellent service from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for the team who kept me informed throughout - even when I was abroad. Great team who conducted any viewings that I wasn't available to do and also achieved the asking price. They also provided advice with my ongoing purchase to keep that process smooth. Overall I would describe the service as friendly and professional but with a personal touch from them - I would highly recommend this team.

I have used BAO to manage my first rental property. Although I was initially quite apprehensive about the experience, BAO have made it so easy. They are efficient and thorough in their vetting of tenants. Having them manage the tenancy gave me great peace of mind and all for a reasonable fee. They are also friendly to deal with, honest and informative. I will definitely use them again.

The team at the Bromborough office are all very fast to respond to any queries when dealing with both my sale and my onward purchase. We had a challenging process at times but the whole team at BAO were faultless throughout, and if ever someone was not available another person in the team would step in to ensure things kept moving for us. They act with honesty which is something a lot estate agents don't do which we unfortunately encountered along the way. I can't thank them all enough and would highly recommend them to any friends and family looking to use an estate agent in the future.

Tom Brennan and his team were vastly more helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and competent than any other estate agent I have ever dealt with. All of our questions were answered comprehensively, all messages returned quickly and agreed actions taken promptly. They added real value in difficult negotiations by successfully negotiating hard on our behalf. I would add that their professionalism was in stark contrast to the experience that I had dealing with other estate agents, and as a result, I simply would not consider using any other estate agent at all in the future. Moving house is well known to be stressful at the best of times, so when we decided to move after 35 years we were obviously way out of touch with the process, and things have certainly changed in those intervening years. Many estate agents came with recommendations from friends and colleagues - but in order to help us decide, we took on the role of "secret shopper" - contacting a variety of agents asking for properties in certain locations in order that we could judge them "as if they were selling our house". The one that stood head and shoulders above the rest was Brennan Ayre O'Neill (BAO) - and even though their "local" office was not on the "high street" in Bebington (closest to where we were selling and wanting to buy), the customer centric service we got from them was exemplary. This is why we choose them to manage our sale - and they also offered to act as our "agent" for the buying process, which helped with the stress levels, as they did a lot of the negotiating for us. During several months of highs and lows of the buying and selling process, the one constant was the exceptional support and advice that we got from BAO. Irrespective of who picked up the phone, they knew exactly where we were in the sell/buy process, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Would I recommended Brennan, Ayre O'Neill? As I have certification in "Service Excellence" from the Disney Institute in Florida, I think I'm well placed to answer that question. The answer is a 100% recommendation! Well done BAO!!
