As a purchaser of a bao property, I was pleasantly surprised with the communication from the Bromborough branch and in particular Emma. Whilst Emma was acting on behalf of the seller she understood the importance of remaining in regular contact with us and keeping us informed. This was key in keeping us motivated as buyers through the pandemic. This is not something we have had from other estate agents and is the reason I am writing this review. Cant speak highly enough of Tom Brennan and Emma Johnston and the team at Bromborough's Brennan Ayre O'Neill office. We had a poor experience with a different estate agent so were dubious when moving to BAO. We didnt need to worry. All costs were given up front, promises were kept. There was regular contact from them, even when there wasnt too much change contact was made so we knew we weren't forgotten about. We could contact and our calls were always speedily returned if occasionally they werent instantly available. All staff were very professional and friendly and they were transparent and honest. Good old fashioned values with a modern approach. Thank you

We received an excellent service from Tom Brennan and the team. Tom was by far the most professional agent to provide an initial valuation. For the significant amount of work involved, the service also provided good vfm. The team did all the viewings as well as follow ups/chasing. After 54 years of living in the same house my mother took the plunge and decided to move closer to her family. Clearly the step of actually putting her home on the market was the biggest step to take. After having other well known agents come around and go through the standard spiel not taking into account my mother’s emotions, Tom knocked on the door from BAO and from then on in, supported by a fab team at the Bromborough office (Sandy, Emma and Gill - thank you), the sale went through. The most important thing for me though was the way they ‘helped’ my mum through the process, at all times explaining to her what was happening and next steps, whilst keeping me appraised of everything that was happening so I could give my mum a supporting phone call. One key thing was that at no point when speaking to the office did we ever get told “I’m not sure about that as I’m not doing that sale”, everyone in the office was fully up to speed on the sale and didn’t have to defer to someone else. That is the first time I have ever had this from an agent. Can’t recommend them enough.

Amazing! Communication is a strength and staff will cover one another to provide a seamless service. No query is left unanswered and responses are always timely.
