I have bought and sold a lot of properties and Steve and Natalie at the Broadstairs branch have delivered the best "Estate agent experience" to date. The true art of the agent is to price correctly, know the locale and understand the target market. With Steve and Natalie's help I sold 2 properties within days of marketing them. In Broadstairs there can be only 1 smart choice of agent.. Wards!

Moved into a property which is not fit for purpose, leak, faulty shower, washing machine doesn’t work, no fire doors (top floor flat), extractor fan doesn’t work and there is more! Sham of a property, I’ve been unable to stay here and I have two children (age 1 & 7).I was lied to about the leak as I was told it was fixed and it was simply cosmetic works.

I found Tessa, in particular, extremely helpful as she offered up her time (over the weekend) to help arrange the delivery & installation of appliances, as well as being very responsive.

Wards canterbury was shocking.Slow to put our house on there website and other sites, had to chase them to do it. Late to do viewings. Having 4 people turn up at once during covid 19. Should have only been 2. Asked us to push the price down after only 2 months of being on the market. Would not go back to wards and would advise anyone to look elsewhere.

Despite the difficult circumstances, Adam and his staff were working hard to achieve an offer which would be acceptable to you. d just like to express my gratitude to Kim Batchelor Sale progression, for her work and dedication towards getting the sale over the line. It hasn't been easy. But she took on the task and got the job done. worked tireless behind the scenes, communicating with all parties.I cannot say the same for the sales team. not helpful at all. it was a neighbour on the first day that contacted me. The open day, was very disappointing. the for sale sign came down and after chasing several times it wasn't repaired. asked for a sold sign. never turned up. asked for the sign to be removed. 4 months later i put in the skip. speaking with other. double the price of other estate agents. However Kim pulled this around
