Very poor experience. Difficulty for buyer of my property to get a second viewing booked in. Little involvement in sales process.Would not sell through this agent again. Made a formal complaint but they want their fees.

This is the most succint and efficient estate agents ive ever dealt with, they were kind and considerate and so quick. I would highly recommend. from the viewing was amazing and they gave me time to look around and were very caring to the admin and final documents and referencing was user friendly. I used the Broadstairs offices for my sale and received excellent service and nothing was to much trouble for then. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Kept in touch with my sale constantly and I cannot praise them enough. Highly recommended estate agent
