Miles and Barr the management company that cant manage, still taking the money and not delivering the service to land lords and tenant's! turns a blind eye to dealers and fails to do the clean up and repairs after major incidents leaving residents to suffer..

Sold and purchased through Miles and Barr Westgate. Great service throughout. Alice Fridd helped us sell and find our perfect home. Debbie Mead the sales progresser went the extra mile right throughout. She was quick to respond to any emails/calls, contacted relevant parties when needed. She was great. Overall we had a good experience.

GoogleTwo properties to sell both valuations totally inaccurate, then encouraged to accept much lower offers as non sale was possibly embarrassing to them would never use again .

GoogleI've used Miles & Barr on a number of occasions for both buying/selling and renting out properties. They are the biggest agent in the area & a name that most people are familiar with. The Broadstairs team are a knowledgeable friendly bunch who proactively marketed the property which sold when confidence in the market was low. I'd use them again.

We couldn't have been happier with our experience of buying a property with Miles and Barr. The whole process took quite some time, due to some complications in the chain, but our sales progressor, Louise, kept us updated every step of the way and seemed to go above and beyond to keep things moving.

Worst experience so far as a tenant with a lettings agent. Rude, sarcastic employees. Communication is shocking, we seem to be doing their admin for the property which is taking a lot of time out of our actual jobs. If you are tenants, avoid miles and barr at all costs.

had a viewing booker for today,the lady who carried out the viewing couldnt answer any basic questions so she clearly hasnt been trained,not at all helpful not her thought as they shouldnt have sent her.information certainly not upto date and true on the details,waste of my time

I had a lot of difficulties communicating with the letting agents from other agencies. Miles & Barr however was able to arrange viewings and submit applications within the hour. Kerrie especially helped me liaison with the landlord quickly and efficiently, so that all parties were happy with the contract. Brilliant service!
