Miles and Barr are extremely slow in putting forward offers., They use a different team for this and an offer can take anything up to a couple of days. I as a buyer haven’t got time to wait in a market like this as you risk loading other properties. I would not use them to buy, sell or rent as their tenants also aren’t vetted thourghly.

GoogleNever again could I trust them. Having a deal accepted, then 4 days later reneged, is legally allowed but it leaves a sour taste.
