The worst estate agents I have ever come across. Be VERY careful if you intend to use a member of their solicitors panel they will charge you £150 to simply instruct a solicitor of their choice, the solicitors' charges will in no way be competitive and they will charge you and additional £60 to complete a money laundering ID check which will then not be recognised by their solicitors and therefore will be required to be carried out a second time...... BEWARE!!

Dan Woodward and his team at Miles & Barr in Broadstairs worked tirelessly over many months to sell an unusual property and eventually secured a buyer at an acceptable price. Miles and Barr were great to deal with. They made what can be a stressful experience (buying a property) much easier and very smooth. Emily Stickler, the member of staff assigned to my purchase, was excellent. Regularly checked in with me and a good communicator which meant any possible problems were resolved quickly. I don't intend to buy or sell another property but I would use them again, definitely, if I did.
