GoogleThis agency is not reliable at all and they did not treat us humanely and fairly, they canceled the property after taking the full deposit and ruined all our plans.

GoogleIf only more estate agents understood - like Yvonne Astley does - that buying and selling property is as much about being sensitive and understanding human psychology, as bricks and mortar and spending large chunks of money. Yvonne heads up a most unusual agency - calm, professional, not prone to exaggeration and also efficient. The company responds to the reality of a situation professionally and with decorum. Don't hesitate to use if you wish to achieve a sale or a purchase - whatever the circumstances.

GoogleI was hugely impressed with the expertise and professionalism of the team at Astley and Co. From the moment we put our house on the market we received a first rate service from Cheri and Yvonne. The team gave us fantastic advise on making the most of our property before it went on the market and the photos Yvonne took were outstanding - we had lots of viewings and sold our house within 3 days! Our main contact point was the brilliant Cheri who was always on hand to answer any queries we had and proved to be an invaluable source of information and advise on everything from building regulations and surveys to interior design! Excellent service from a local team that genuinely care about their customers, I would highly recommend.
