Dear Sean, I am sorry you didn't enjoy your viewing. Sometimes when we have a property that has lots of interest and if the property is unoccupied, we aim for bookings with a 10 minute slot for each viewer. Sometimes, if people are running late or indeed if they are early, then it looks like there are lots of people all at once which is something that can just happen for no real reason. So I apologise to you for your inconvenience of sharing the viewing. We feel that a 10 minute slot for an vacant property and especially in warm weather when all the doors are open is usually enough because while one viewer is looking at the rear of the property the other viewer can be looking at the front or split between upstairs and downstairs and still keep the 2m social distance. I hope this clears up any concerns you may have for any future viewings with our company.

GoogleJust a quick massive Thankyou to Yvonne who through her Hillcrest estate agents managed to sell my house within days of it going on her books at the price that we wanted to sell it a due to what I feel was her personal understanding of her clients needs as opposed to just another number that we felt like when previously using a large E/agents chain in Norwich! GoogleI didn't use their services for buying or selling but the service I received prior to deciding if I was going to sell has made me confirm that i will use them as and when it comes to selling in the future. They are a fantastic company ans will tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. It increases trust levels!

GoogleA personable service and all round good experience selling my house with Astley & Co. I run a local independent home improvement company and prefer to deal with other independents. I’ve had some less than ideal experiences with other agents and wanted to avoid the rather impersonal service I’ve had previously. I’m very happy with the results. A nice firm, highly recommended.

Dear Kirsten Jermy, I am sorry that we couldn't arrange a viewing for you at your convenience. The vendor had allowed us just three viewing slots over three days and it didn't fit with everyone's schedule.
