We chose Astley & Co from 3 short listed agents and im glad we did. Its very refreshing to deal with just one person (Yvonne) she was always aware of what was going on throughout the process and I found her to be very approachable. I found the process very smooth. Going to other agents where communication between staff is not always great was definately not something I had to worry about with Astley & Co. I am going through a tough time and Yvonne was very patient with me and explained things to me sometimes 2 or 3 times without judgement, I feel like she was very supportive and went the extra mile to help me get my bungalow sold from beginning to completion. I would definately recommend Astley & Co. Thank you so much.

I am so glad we chose Astley & Co. We were selling my late father's home, and having never bought or sold a property before there was a huge number of unknowns for us. Being based a couple of hours away from my father's property could have also made the whole process much more complex. Yvonne made it as easy as possible for us. She was practical, steadfast and sensitive to my sisters and I throughout the whole process. This was particularly appreciated given the volatile housing market during the back half of 2022. At the end of 2021, in what were very difficult circumstances, I(we) sold a property jointly owned and I purchased a new property independently moving from Norwich, Norfolk, to Bollington in Cheshire. I chose Yvonne as the estate agent to sell the Norwich property because of how professional she was, the service she could offer at the same time as being an independent so not just the face and sales speak of a large group - it was so clear she really cared about the service and my experience and needs - I could not have hoped for better! We'd highly recommend Yvonne and Astley & Co to anyone looking to sell their property. By far and away the best agent we've dealt with. Through factors outside our control causing chains to fall through, Yvonne managed to quickly find a buyer and secure strong offers for us at each time of asking. As well as being easily contactable and responsive, Yvonne's knowledge of the market and advice throughout the process meant we were able to properly vet portential buyers and sense-check offers.
