GoogleI employed Yvonne having been messed around by several other agents. So I decided to go down the independent route, a small business. I was not disappointed. Yvonne handled everything for me, from advertising my property to finding the right tenant specifically for me. She made this daunting process easy, keeping me in the loop all the way so I felt in control of who was going to be renting my property. I found Yvonne professional, prompt, and friendly to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to use her company again for letting or sales.

GoogleOver the years I have bought and sold several houses but have never come across an estate agent quite like Yvonne. She has a great, engaging, personal style, excellent communication which is clear and very prompt. Yvonne has drive, determination and energy which is exactly what is needed to pull all parties together to achieve the sale. We have accepted an offer on our property for sale and I am confident that Yvonne will 'get us over line'. Based on my experience, you will never have to 'chase' Yvonne as she will already be on it and likely already done it!

The process of purchasing a house was made so easy, with no sales person flannel. Any questions I had Yvonne was straight on the phone to the seller finding out the answers in quick time. So helpful and made the buying experience a joy. You don't get any sales rubbish with Astley and Co Estates, so nice to deal with a company who are genuinely interested in helping you out rather than getting a sale from you and forgetting you even exist, like many other estate agents!
