GoogleEven though we did not secure a property today, we as a group we are impressed with how Leah explained in detail how Purple Frogs works, how to secure the property, the next stages and she even took the time out of her day to match a property to our specific preferences. Excellent service and would recommend you as a whole to a friend.

GoogleThe worst estate agent going, they don’t care for the people in their house especially students. They’re happy for people to live in mould infested houses without heating and hot water without sending someone out to fix the issue or even answer he phone. Awful human beings.

GoogleAbsolutely awful customer service. My friends and I were cancelled on five times to view a house. Not the company to go to if you are stressed about getting a house.

Hi Finn, Sorry we've disappointed you. We've had to cancel 4 times. Two definitely our fault. Others caused by a stranded lettings person and a car crash. We spoke to one of your group to explain. This message obviously hasn't got through, though. Kind regards James

GooglePurple Frog have always been a great service in helping me rent my properties. Laurence in particular has helped manage my property and helped with tenant changeovers in a very efficient manner. Would definitely recommend.
