My first experience with Elephant was when I viewed a flat they were selling. As anyone wanting to buy a flat I asked what the management fee and the length of the lease were. The lady did not know and said she would send me the information once she was back in the office. It never happened. Few weeks later I called their office as I wanted them to have a look at my property and maybe take it on their books. I rang the office 5-6 times over 2 days, not once the phone was answered. I bought my first home from a vendor using Elephant and used them again when I came to sell the house and move on (to another house sold by Elephant!) and can't recommend them enough. We bought a house with Alex as the seller's agent. I genuinely think we wouldn't have a home without the extraordinary effort he put in keeping the whole chain on track. He managed to speak to solicitors at the bottom of the chain who wouldn't answer the phone to our solicitors and also stop the top of the chain from pulling out. Excellent service and hats off to Alex!
