I had a really positive experience with Elephant (Bishopston office) throughout the process of purchasing my property. From the very beginning, the team were friendly, professional and helpful, and I always felt that I was in good hands. In particular, Ben was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. There were definitely some stressful moments, particularly with solicitors on both sides making things more difficult than they needed to be, but Ben was brilliant throughout and seemed to genuinely care about making the process as smooth as possible. He kept me informed, helped me stay positive, and even cheered me on when things were getting particularly frustrating! I’m so grateful for all his help and support and honestly couldn’t recommend Elephant and Ben highly enough. A really lovely experience from start to finish!

I engaged Elephant Bishopston for the sale of my property in Easton. Alex was fantastic to work with from start to finish, incredibly supportive but also pragmatic where it was required, and managed to push the process through to meet my quite tight timeline. The real differentiator between Elephant and other agents is that the person doing the initial valuation is the same person that takes you through the entire sale process; no handing off to another team. In addition to that, Elephant’s grasp of the local Easton market proved to be spot on - they really know their stuff. I can’t sing their praises highly enough.

I'd like to thank Dhani and the team at Elephant (Glos Rd) for their sage advice, dynamism (when necessary) and unerring support through the sometimes straightforward, sometimes nightmarish journey of 'the latest house move'. I used Elephant last move as well - just 18 months ago (it's a long story) and had no hesitation in returning. Of course I told them I was planning to speak to others to get a good deal, but I wasn't really - although they probably saw straight through my pathetic ploy with their Elephant Soul Reader Varifocals, so more fool me. We have just completed on selling our house in Bristol and would like to say a huge thank you to Ben Adams and the team at Elephant who have been brilliant throughout. We went with Elephant after a recommendation and some not so great experience of other agents. Despite needing to market our property at a tricky time of year, shortly before Christmas, the team got the property onto the market quickly and viewings booked in. Ben's communication, professionalism, support and advice have all been excellent throughout and thanks to his help and negotiation skills we accepted an offer we were happy with early in January and completed in just over a couple of months. Elephant absolutely stand out and deserve all the great reviews they get. They are honest, up front and trustworthy and they are genuinely lovely to work with. If you’re looking to sell your house in Bristol use Elephant! We decided to sell our family home through elephant having purchased it through them 13 years prior! From the outset they (Alex in particular) were fantastic. When we found our dream home our house was not yet on the market. I have recently bought a house from a vendor who was using Elephant for the sale, and have been extremely impressed by this estate agency, and in particular by Ben Adams, who saw the sale through from beginning to end. It wasn't always straightforward, and there were some bumps in the road along the way (at one stage I had to pull out of the process, and then later re-enter negotiations) but Ben was great: understanding, tactful and assertive without being pushy (a rare skill). I have dealt with lots of estate agents over the past 4 years, having sold my mother's house and a couple of other houses, and Elephant have been the best. It is really great that you are always dealing with just one person, who knows all the history of the sale and understands the personalities involved, and Ben worked extremely hard at crucial moments, chasing solicitors and working to facilitate negotiations and bring them to a satisfactory conclusion. It was a job very well done! Thank you Ben. From this experience I would recommend Elephant without hesitation. They went above and beyond.

I have previously joked that estate agents are devils (sorry!), but having now sold our home through Elephant I am really impressed with the service and care that we received. We had need of a fast sale as we had our offer accepted on "the dream house", when our own home was not even on the market. We had 3 estate agents visit and Ben won the tender through being calm, efficient, and non-aggressive with his sales strategy (there was one agent who made me a bit uncomfortable with pushy tactics). Ben organised 5 pre-market viewings and we sold our house with 3 proceedable offers and in <3 weeks. In addition I liked that Elephant do 30 minute viewings rather than 15 as I think that gives potential buyers a genuine ability to make a decision. Photos were excellent also. Ben was readily available throughout the post-offers to completion process, providing me an outlet for anxieties, chasing (one particularly difficult!) solicitor, and maintaining excellent communication throughout. We are now in our dream home and can't quite believe the whirlwind that just happened, but we got there and are very happy. Thank you!

I honestly cannot recommend Elephant enough. They really know their clients and managed to sell my house before it even hit the open market. This enabled me to secure the property I fell in love with. The support I received from Alex was amazing. He was my dedicated agent and dealt with me personally the whole way through. He was with me every step of the way, communicating effectively with me, the agent I was purchasing through, all other parties in the chain and the solicitors involved. There were hiccups along the way, as there always are, but he ironed these out quickly and took so much pressure off of me. He genuinely cares and looks after people. Truly fantastic estate agents

We sold our flat in Kingsdown, Bristol, through Elephant and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Alec was our main point of contact throughout the process and he was brilliant. From the initial valuation, Alec's expert knowledge of the local market and wider industry was very clear. We were also very impressed by Alec's transparency in making sure we understood that many of Elephant's competitors would be cheaper. Elephant were worth every penny! We got an offer for the asking price after two weeks on the market, which was around the timeframe that Alec expected. Alec was responsive, friendly and helpful throughout the sale process, and extremely proactive. We had some issues with solicitors elsewhere in the chain and Alec fought hard to get it sorted, and to keep us in the loop. When Alec took annual leave he was covered by Sam, who was just as brilliant - friendly, honest, proactive and communicative. The sale went through and Elephant were instrumental in making sure that it did. We would recommend Elephant to anyone, 100%. Elephant acted for us on our sale and purchase in Bishopston and they were absolutely amazing. Outstanding Support From Start to Finish

We recently sold our home on Ash Road with the help of Elephant. The sale wasn't completely straightforward, but Alex and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Alex was always available when we needed him, kept us updated throughout, and worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to keep everything moving. I sold my house in St Werburghs Bristol with Elephant Estate Agent Gloucester Road, Bristol office in July this year (2025). Elephant made a good impression from the very first valuation visit by Ben Adams. I had valuations from four local estate agents and it wasn’t because of the cakes that I choose Elephant. I found on that first visit that Ben was very knowledgeable about selling and house prices in my local area, he was open to discussion and not pushy, his valuation made sense, I felt it wasn’t overly high or too low, I trusted that Ben and Elephant would do a good job for me, I wasn’t just anyone selling my house as Ben took the time to get to know me as a person.
