Elephant completely and positively changed our perception of Estate Agents in the last few months. In all matters they were professional, attentive, honest and easy to deal with. They are excellent communicators so we never felt in the dark. We liked that they treat potential purchasers with respect and there was no hint of the smoke and mirrors we have experienced in previous transactions. We had a couple of failed sales which were stressful, but the team rallied around and soon got things back on track. A big thanks to Alec, Matt, Katie and Tom; you made a real difference to our move.

As a purchaser dealing with Elephant, I found them to be very professional and responsive at all stages of the process. I had the pleasure of having Catherine show me round the property and found her to be very genuine. She didn’t attempt to sugarcoat any of the property’s downfalls and told me how it was which made me feel more confident when putting in my offer. Elephant were aware of our eagerness to complete ASAP and were always on the ball when chasing solicitors to hit deadlines and providing myself with updates. When Catherine was out of the office, Elephant always ensured another agent by the name of Sam was there to pick things up. This gave me peace of mind that I didn’t have to chase them for anything on the purchase and made the whole process fairly stress free. From my perspective, Elephant were great to work with and would recommend them onto anyone buying/purchasing property. Many thanks for your help guys!

I really can’t recommend Elephant highly enough. Every part of the process has been fantastic. We were dreading selling our flat because it can be a long and stressful process but Elephant made it straight forward and quick and charged a fair rate.
