GooglePossibly the worst real estate agency in the Ruislip area. They will hassle you for five star reviews when you first sign the tenancy agreement, sending email reminders to please review the service they provided. However as soon as you start living in the property and require assistance for faults picked up on the property, they will not get back to you, even if you keep chasing. It does not matter that you are making sure your rent is being paid on time every month, getting any sort of response from them to get things fixed is just not possible. Think calling will work or emailing them daily in hopes to get a response? Unfortunately not. Good customer service is nonexistent.
