We have been using Ocean to let our property in Bristol for nearly 10 years now and cannot fault the service provided by the extremely helpful James and Jemima in finding us great tenants for our flat. They thoroughly explain each stage of the letting process and promptly answer any questions that we might have, nothing is ever too much trouble. We can thoroughly recommend Ocean and will not hesitate to use them again next time.

We used solicitor from the Oceans Bradley Stoke office when buying a property recently. The service we received or actually the lack of it was very poor. The communication during the process was non existent. Took ages to get any issues sorted. Were given wrong information on the property and after the completion we were completely ignored! Constantly were sent wrong invoices to pay. Very stressful process and they made it much worse! Awful firm and not cheap. AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!!

From start to finish Kyra has been absolutely amazing. When viewing the property, she had such a friendly welcoming and enthusiastic attitude and such a bright smile on her face. After viewing the property. Kyra was on top form with sending through our application forms & also rapid with any concerns we had regarding the property making sure that anything was resolved and anything unsure about she would instantly forward us to Keith, who was also superb. All in all, a big thank you to Kyra & the rest of the ocean team for being such a great help - couldn’t fault any of you :) what an amazing start to the new year.

I recently found an apartment with Ocean Estate Agents and was very well assisted by Amelia. I'm from France, on my own, and this is the first time I've moved to another country.Amelia was very responsive and was with me from start to finish. She always responded very kindly to all my questions and calls. I think I was one of the most demanding people for her. But she never made me feel it. Especially with the language barrier and the stress I was under with this whole unknown situation.I'd also like to thank Naomi who was also very present and adaptive at the end about the latency I had with the deposit transfer.I couldn't have hoped for better support.Good luck and thanks again!

Really pleased with the service we have received from Ocean. Steve was at our house quickly for a valuation following my initial enquiry, and he was so quick at getting the ball rolling. We were online with a couple of days, he told us exactly what to expect and had lots of useful insights about the market and what to expect in the process (this was our first time selling). Mike and Emma did most of the viewings and were great at keeping us in the loop with the feedback from potential buyers. The star of the show has been Melissa however, she has been amazing at keeping momentum and going back and forth between both solicitors and our buyers. Throughout the process we have felt well informed about what stage we are at and what needs to happen next. Melissa has always responded to our calls and emails promptly, she has been super friendly and personable and she’s brilliant at her job!Thank you!!

Mike, Melissa, and Emma, from Westbury on Trym Branch in Bristol, were all amazing, friendly, welcoming, went above and beyond expectations. (Not Forgetting Mariana the Legal Lady in the Westbury Branch) I would class them as the dream team! Definitely the fabulous fourI have never met such a wonderful team, they all get on so well together. They were all very professional, they listened to my needs, all very helpful, knowledgeable good banter, excellent atmosphere .... Unfortunately Mike has left the company for pastures new abroad. I wish him well, he will be missed. The team were all helpful, but Debbie, who was my point of contact once the offer had been accepted, was fantastic!Unfortunately the solicitors were unhelpful and communicated poorly making things stressful. Debbie went above and beyond on numerous occasions to help me resolve problems, and get to the bottom of issues in order that we could progress the sale. I valued her time and help hugely, and dread to think what the process would have been like without her. Thank you so much Debbie!!One point to note, the Conveyancers reflect poorly on you as estate agents when you recommend them. They are terrible.

Dealing with one office for estate agents and solicitors all in one place where they also communicated easily with each other made everything easy. The software used by both parties were also very good. We knew about viewings, times, dates, clients & 2nd viewings. But the staff also kept us informed. We felt they listened to us. They were knowledgeable and patient. The legal side alsoHas a good software that we could log intoTo keep up with the status of the proceedings. ClareWas also very patient knowledgeable and understanding.Selling your property is never 'plain sailing' but the 'Ocean' team made it as painless as possible. Thanks to Paul ,Demi & Clare .
