GoogleWe recently bought our first house so were a little inexperienced - luckily for us we picked Luigi at Ocean to arrange our mortgage. Both he and his team have been fantastic. Luigi is very quick to respond to emails and jumps on tasks almost instantly (even if he's supposed to be on holiday!). Our first house purchase was fraught with difficulties (none of which were caused by Ocean Mortgages!). Luigi was patient and worked really hard to get things done as soon as he possibly could to help speed along our purchase. We really appreciated his help and recommend him to anyone we talk to.

TrustpilotServices were such a let down after signing
Previously wrote a 5 star great review for the Ocean team. However, after moving into the place (1.5 months later) we have been utterly disappointed. Many issues with the house were not fixed and followed up in a timely manner. Serious issues raised since day 3 are still pending in solution. Be warned! Please view properties super carefully to avoid unpleasant experiences like ours.

We have obtained quotes for the necessary work and forwarded them to the landlord. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to expedite a response, we are still waiting to receive their approval. GoogleRecently began the renting process for an apartment in Bristol. Ocean, and in particular, William Jenkins were very timely and useful in their responses at each stage of the process. Would recommend Ocean to those looking to rent, for their professionalism and range of available properties.
