TrustpilotExcellent service again
This is the third time we have used ocean finance to arrange our mortgage. Once again the service was excellent. Our switch this time encountered some major issues due to our current lender and in particular Tracey was fantastic. We would highly recommend

TrustpilotOcean Conveyancing Top Marks
I began the process of selling my flat with getting three different quotes. Of those, Ocean came out on top for both quote and professionalism. I chose Ocean Conveyancing for the legal aspect to keep things tidy. On price, they're fair and their service, matched the professionalism of Ocean Estates. Olivia, extremely knowledgeable, was my point of contact and helped throughout the legal selling process, assisted by an experienced team. To conclude, the Ocean Conveyancing experience has been amazing, all polite and friendly, thank you.

GoogleGreat team - very knowledgeable, rapid viewings and good communication. Unfortunately our sale fell through due to external factors, but despite this Andrew Beazer and the team at Ocean continued to offer support.

TrustpilotOcean were Professional and Supportive
Ocean were appointed to sell my property in early May and I was pleasantly surprised to receive two asking price offers within the first week of the property going live. However, the agreed buyers’ solicitor was incredibly slow and unresponsive from the get-go.Spurious delays were encountered and the process was extremely onerous.Several months passed, with progress deteriorating to such an extent that I had contemplated withdrawing the sale.Mellissa (Bell) was designated my “Move Manager” to oversee the sale to contract completion and without Mellissa’s ongoing intervention and skilled coordination, the sale would have definitely been withdrawn. Her pleasant disposition and endeavour to complete was admirable. She demonstrated immense effort and professionalism in obtaining a successful outcome and relieving so much stress from my shoulders.A job well done by the Ocean Team.

GoogleWe have just rented a property with ocean. The customer service received has been excellent, they have shown us the property with patience, even twice and have inspired us confidence immediately. The whole process is being fast and professional. The agency staff and especially Annabel has been extremely polite and friendly. I totally recommend this agency. I have had experiences with other letting agencies that are not nearly as professional as ocean.
