Willowbrook office. Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. We did not know anything about the people viewing the house as all done by text message, complete lack of communication. Rude and unprofessional, especially the manager Stefano who was also very arrogant. Brought my wife to tears. Not willing to work with us in getting the best price for our house and just want a quick sale. Avoid them at all costs.
Update: 2/10/23Upon further review of the extensive case notes and interviewing each team member regarding this matter. We unreservedly refute all claims of poor service. It should be made clear that Ocean Estate Agents were the 4th local agent instructed by you. We achieved a good level of viewings and an offer to purchase, which was accepted and subsequently rejected by you. It is very apparent that our team made every effort to provide the same high standards of service and client care for which they have become known locally as market leaders. It is also very clear that our team endured unprecedented levels of unacceptable comments, insults, and insinuations causing high levels of stress for some team members. For this reason, the decision was made by Ocean Estate Agents to dis-instruct ourselves from the sale of your property.
