Simon was quick to respond and friendly in his approach while supporting us with our house purchase. He worked to get us the best mortgage rates throughout the process, even applying for new products so that we always had the best rates. We really felt like he was on our side. GoogleBoth Alex and I have been really impressed with how conscientious and proactive Emily has been since supporting us with the sale of our property. She took several buyers on viewings and was always quick to supply us with feedback and take onboard any details about the property to aid further viewings. Emily helped secure an asking price offer at the end of last year, and was very proactive and engaged throughout the whole process. Overall Emily has been a delight to work with and we look forwards to continuing working together as we complete the sale of our home.

Service when picking up keys was not very welcoming. Asked in a very blunt way if I had the cash for appliances we were buying. Was not very friendly at this point. There was no congrats in buying the property. (Didn't feel special). At the start they were very friendly, but did not like the end when picking up the keys.

Not impressed by Ocean Knowle's professionalism or competency.Communication during price negotiation was inconsistent and erratic. Negotiating tactics relied on unrealistic threats and avoidance of discussion. Exceptional lack of security and process upon purchase completion. I walked in and said "I'm here to pick up keys" and was given keys to our house without any ID checks or other verification - Try it yourself, might get a free property out of it!
