GoogleI've just moved to Bristol from Warsaw and can absolutely recommend Ocean! Together with my girlfriend we tried to contact a lot of different estate agencies looking for help in finding and renting a flat remotely, as the distance and COVID situation weren't making things easier. Ocean was the only agency that actually helped us find a flat, instead of writing 'we suggest creating an alert at RightMove/Zoopla', and their staff had assisted us through the entire process, making it much easier for us. Many thanks to Ms. Butler, who was the first person at Ocean to speak with us, and helped us get smoothly through the initial stage of the renting procedure to secure the flat we have found. The conveyancing team working on our sale/purchase couldn’t have done more - quick to respond, quick to chase, always pushing the chain on our behalf. They showed patience and kindness even during very stressful moments. We wouldn’t have gotten our dream home without them!

Worst experience ever. After doing all the stuff done for moving they said due to reference landlord refuse to give you the house. At the end they deduct our £300 holding deposit. Very disappointing.

This was my first time using Ocean Financial Services and I honestly could not have asked for more. Neil Butler arranged my mortgage and managed to get me an incredible rate that matched my needs perfectly. We had a couple of issues due to an archaic rule at the lenders end, and Neil pursued matters against all odds and managed to get it turned around (how he did this I do not know). Once arranged, Tracey Green took over and oversaw everything from form queries to follow ups with solicitors. She checked in with me every few weeks to make sure everything was going smoothly with my purchase, and already has my mortgage renewal date in her diary so that they can look for new deals. They are a fantastic team and I cannot reccomend them highly enough.
