Great support from Matt Redmond who completely got my requirements and worked hard to find me the property I wanted - responsive, proactive and very knowledgeable about the local market. The Move Manager team were very supportive to help get the transaction completed and I got some real value from the mortgage service. Disgusted with the extortionate admin fees applied to poor students when moving property.£330 plus to change a tenancy.Shame on you.
Your comments are surprising. Regrettably, these are standard costs that were clearly outlined in our tenancy agreement and the appropriate legislation. They account for legitimate expenses incurred by both Ocean Letting and Management and the landlord in situations such as this where a tenant decides to vacate within two months of a fixed-term agreement. This situation necessitates the expenditure of time, resources, and paperwork to integrate a new tenant into the agreement, ensuring uninterrupted occupancy for all tenants remaining, and complete rental payment to the landlord. As you may recall from your own experience, this process is quite thorough.Regards Ocean

GoogleWe have enjoyed our experience with Ocean lettings agency. They are good at keeping us informed of what we need to do next and the moving in process has been straightforward so far. Will, the person who has been emailing us so far, has been communicative and helpful. The staff are friendly and knowledgable at viewings. Would recommend Ocean to prospective tenants.

I have used Ocean to both buy and sell properties and I've always been highly impressed with the service, to the extent that I've recommended others who have since used them and also been highly satisfied. The service is friendly and efficient and (unlike some estate agents) doesn't just stop once you've signed the contract. They're competitively priced and, most importantly, don't promise what they can't deliver. I have used them for a number of years and have never been disappointed.

Difficult to contact - once we paid the holding fee they replied to emails slowly and ignored questions asked re timings, then requested documentation filled in in short time frames. Wouldn't use again.

GoogleI rented a flat from the Whiteladies Road branch. Amelia did the viewing, and was always available to answer various questions afterwards. Minor issues during the viewing were sorted before moving. Annabel dealt with the admin issues. The whole process was smooth and I would recommend Ocean for lettings.
