Communication is excellent and they have a great team to help you navigate through the process whilst ensuring that you are fully aware and compliant with the law governing landlords. I’ve spent a decade in rented accommodation, and this was by far the worst experience. It was stressful, unsupportive, totally unsympathetic, and I was completely powerless. No tenant should ever feel this way.

The sales process management process was poor. The sale was complex and I had to intervene and manage the process myself to secure completion.
We appreciate your feedback; however, the complexity of this particular sale, due to legal intricacies, placed several aspects beyond our control. Please be assured your Move Manager made every effort to expedite matters but had very limited control of these particular legal issues. Our review of the case file notes including all communications supports this. The pursuit of the EWS1 certificate, alongside adherence to BSA regulations, necessitated a great deal of additional conveyancing resulting in delays.Please note that your solicitor, being directly accountable to you as their client, may have provided more prompt responses than their communications with Ocean Estate Agents.
