They are very professional to the core. Highly recommend taking their help. Without them I wouldn’t find the house I always wanted.

Really great! Easy to talk to, very open staff who seem very understanding and keen to help and advise as best they can- highly recommend! Lily Butler, who showed us the flat, was lovely and gave us some great advice about the area and also allayed any qualms we had about aspects of the accommodation that we were unsure about. Thank you Ocean estate agents and Lily especially!

The Estate Agents and the Conveyancing Team at Ocean were very helpful. The arranging of visits to the property for sale extremely good. Communication also excellent. The Conveyancing Team were also extremely efficient and again Communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend. Another bonus was having the Estate Agent and the Conveyancing in the same building.

In addition to the great selection of quality properties provided by this agency, our agent Amelia West also managed to turn around paperwork and updates in a timely manner and help to secure our desired property efficiently. She is also very experienced and knowledgeable about the properties. As this is my first time renting flat in UK, I am quite impressed by the level of automation that was deployed in the overall renting process. Overall it’s a good experience.

Highly recommend mortgage services

Luigi and Clare at Ocean Mortgage Services are great. No question to small, responding to queries extremely quickly and thinking ahead to the very best solution/rates for our house remortgage. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a mortgage. Have used as a first time buyer, on a second house purchase and as a remortgage.

Ocean Estate Agents in Whiteladies road are the best estate agents that I have worked with in Bristol. When I registered my details with them while looking for an apartment, they were actually one of the only firms to send me properties to look at. Throughout my experience of viewings and then the process of renting, the agents in Ocean were very helpful and kind and their customer service was excellent. This made the whole process go smoothly!

I am very much appreciated the help from the Team of Ocean Estate Agents, especially from Mr Alun Johnson and Miss Amelia West. As a stranger from Hong Kong to locate an accommodation, they clearly explained to me main point and how to process. Luckily, with the help of them, I can find an accommodation in a short period.

Many thanks

Being of a certain age, l found that looking after my three rental properties was getting too onerous. So l decided to let Ocean Lettings Management on Blackboy Hill In Bristol manage them for me, as they have always done y Lettings. I have been so impressed by their diligence, and keeping me informed, and taking a great weight off my shoulders. They have always been most helpful and informative. I wish l had asked for their help years ago. Well done them! Many thanks, Susan West.

Professional and supportive

From our first meeting with Jason who came to see our house prior to putting it on the market, through the viewing process with Matt and Jess, and the sales and legal process with Nicola and Hollie, we have been guided and kept abreast of what was happening. We have been very pleased with the support and professionalism we received.
