GoogleWhat a superb letting agency! They are well organised and very happy to help you in anyway possible. It was lovely having conversations with the agents when organising viewings! I viewed a property with Lily and she made the experience very enjoyable and definitely knew a lot about the property/ the property market! Thank you Ocean Team!

TrustpilotIncredibly Hard Working Team.
Sam Bonizzi, Evie Lane and the ocean team at Willow Brooke, Bradley Stoke, has made the transition of moving into a new home stress free. I really appreciated their dedication in ensuring the process is efficient. Truly left an impression on me towards Oceans, I'm always going to be coming back if there's ever any future house moves or sales.

TrustpilotHighly recomend
* Excellent communication with the client throughout the process* A good team approach. If one member wasn't available another knew what was happening and could action it.* A competitive fee structure* This is specialised legal conveyancing company - They do nothing but property conveyancing so know what they are doing.

GoogleThe service provided by Ocean and in particular Annabel Williams in helping me move into my new flat was second to none. As a first time renter in 25 years the process was all new, Annabel was patient, diligent and knowledgeable. In all the process was worth the five stars.

TrustpilotSeamless Experience for a First-Time Buyer
I recently purchased my first property, and the process of applying for a mortgage was made incredibly smooth by Ocean. As a first-time buyer, I had little knowledge about mortgages, but their team guided me patiently through every step. The communication was clear, and they simplified the complexities of the process. I highly recommend Ocean for their professionalism and making this daunting task surprisingly easy.

GoogleAs you can find there are many properties chose Ocean as their agent, which means if you are looking for somewhere to live, Ocean may give you as many options as you want- which is a good thing. We got contacted by William Jenkins (Senior Lettings Negotiator in Clifton Office) once there was a ideal property and made the deal very quickly. However, I have to say it was my first time sign a contract which I was not satisfied with each terms and conditions and there was no bargain power or options for me to negotiate as a tenant- Ocean only offers standard contracts. It is understandable if an agent has its own scope of work but it would be more reasonable to make everything clear for both tenants and landlord regarding what exactly service I should expect from an agent rather than rushing to make the deal and transfer whole year money in 1 week (include weekend).

GoogleI have recently used Ocean Estate Agents to start renting a property in the centre of Bristol. We arrived 10 minutes early for the viewing, yet the agent was already there ahead of time and was very knowledgeable about the property. They were able to answer all of my questions in detail. Once my application for the property was accepted there were some paperwork complications (that was solely my fault) so I contacted William Jenkins who corrected the issue in a professional manner. Without his intervention and swift action, I don't believe I would have been able to secure the tenancy. As someone who finds moving houses / setting up rental contracts particularly stressful I could not be more grateful to work with an agency that makes my life easier. I did not think it would be possible to go from viewing to having a moving date so easily.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleMyself and friends had been flat hunting for months before coming across a property with Ocean. Amelia West showed us round and even used her free time on two occasions to give us another viewing and a chance to measure up things. She really went above and beyond for us and we feel really lucky that we had her as our estate agent! We’re now all moved in and settled, overall she made this a really positive experience for us all!
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
Tell us what you need and we'll put you in touch. Ocean Clifton hasn't joined The Trusted Agent yet, so we'll pass your enquiry to them or to up to three other top-rated agents near Bristol, City of.
