We both bought and sold our home with Ocean. We then used their solicitors to do the conveyancy on both sides. It was an easy process and the whole thing (buying and selling) took just 15 weeks from initial contact to completion. GoogleA very good letting agency. I had a property I wanted to let out in Bristol and they found a tenant within the month! They also sorted all the checks and legal issues for me. They have very competitive prices; I think I found some others with slightly cheaper rates for full management in Bristol, but Ocean always responded fastest and were the most helpful, so you'll definitely get what you pay for in this scenario!

I had good service and communication throughout with everyone I talked to. They negotiated a good price for my property, and then helped with the process. In particular, the Move Manager Nicola provided an invaluable service in keeping me updated, helping chases solicitors, and move things along. This made the proces much less stressful. I would use Ocean again.

The staff were a pleasure to deal with. From those in the estate agency and the solicitors office. Our moving day didn’t go as planned due to the World Wide Web internet problems and phones being down in the local office, but the staff worked hard and we were eventually, and thankfully given the keys very late in the afternoon.
