GoogleAfter spending many weeks trying to rent a flat in Bristol, my partner and I were losing hope in ever finding somewhere. Many estate agents had not called us back, ignored emails and generally been fairly uninterested in helping us find somewhere to live. So our hopes were not high when we inquired about a property with Ocean. However, Annabel was highly efficient. She called back within minutes and responded to emails just as fast. She has always been friendly, professional and caring. I am very grateful for her helpful nature and commitment. Thanks Annabel!

Willowbrook office. Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. We did not know anything about the people viewing the house as all done by text message, complete lack of communication. Rude and unprofessional, especially the manager Stefano who was also very arrogant. Brought my wife to tears. Not willing to work with us in getting the best price for our house and just want a quick sale. Avoid them at all costs.
Update: 2/10/23Upon further review of the extensive case notes and interviewing each team member regarding this matter. We unreservedly refute all claims of poor service. It should be made clear that Ocean Estate Agents were the 4th local agent instructed by you. We achieved a good level of viewings and an offer to purchase, which was accepted and subsequently rejected by you. It is very apparent that our team made every effort to provide the same high standards of service and client care for which they have become known locally as market leaders. It is also very clear that our team endured unprecedented levels of unacceptable comments, insults, and insinuations causing high levels of stress for some team members. For this reason, the decision was made by Ocean Estate Agents to dis-instruct ourselves from the sale of your property. Ocean have taken on marketing our apartment and have done a great job. We have had numerous applicants who are all suitable. We have various levels of management to chose from. Everyone we have dealt with in the Lettings Dept have been very helpful, especially Abu, who has dealt with our enquiries courteously and efficiently. Nothing has been too much trouble for him.

Will was then our main point of contact for lettings who was also extremely helpful and was able to secure us a tenant within a matter or days. I would highly recommend Ocean.
