GoogleWe have just succesfully completed on our Montpelier flat sale, thanks to the hard work and diligence of the sales team in the Ocean Bishopston office. Throughout the process the team were friendly and supportive, and offered very wise advice both to us and to the buyers. If anyone is thinking of selling or buying a property in Bristol, I would strongly recommend using Ocean Estate Agents. Bill Butt

Our estate agent Sam McGreevy was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was always very professional, friendly and listened carefully to our wants and wishes. Sam never pressured us nor steered us away from our must haves in a property. He was always relaxed and made us feel at ease every time we met him. Sam worked endlessly to get us our dream home and we will always be grateful for him.

GoogleHad a 6 month followed by rolling tenancy agreement, was contacted 2 months in with a statement of 'your tenancy is due to expire and we cannot secure an extension' and was asked to sign into a second fixed term.. i said i was happy with the rolling period set out in the existing contract.. was threatened with eviction for this. fast forward to best part of a year later.. i move out and leave the house immaculate.. false statements in the check out inventory where items noted as missing but clearly visible in their pictures. landlords & ocean now dragging their heels in even discussing return of deposit and details.. let alone actually returning it. Had the unfortunate luck of getting assigned Mirela as account/tenancy manager never had such a condesending an incompetent person deal with any tenancy in the last two decades and 10 properties. Avoid like the plague! They're just in business to serve the landlord and seem to treat tenants with contempt.

GoogleMy recent experience of navigating a route through the complexities of the property market was greatly improved by the consistently helpful service I received from Jordan Gingell at Ocean Estate Agents in Bishopston, who acted on behalf of the vendors of the property I was purchasing. With an unfailingly cheerful approach, Jordan maintained regular contact with me, making helpful suggestions during the negotiating process and keeping me informed of the progress within the chain. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to future customers.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

TrustpilotSeamless Experience for a First-Time Buyer
I recently purchased my first property, and the process of applying for a mortgage was made incredibly smooth by Ocean. As a first-time buyer, I had little knowledge about mortgages, but their team guided me patiently through every step. The communication was clear, and they simplified the complexities of the process. I highly recommend Ocean for their professionalism and making this daunting task surprisingly easy.
