Overall, a very good experience from Ocean's estate agency and conveyancing teams. Obvious great local knowledge. Found me several potential buyers, so managed to achieve a good offer above the target. Helpful all the way through, with regular updates about progress with the process. The only disappointment was at the interface between the agency and conveyancing teams, as I was quoted the wrong conveyancing fee by the agency team.

GoogleI have finally reached the end of a very stressful sale and purchase through Ocean which, for reasons beyond our control including the sudden change in the market, was extremely long and complicated. However, Ocean stuck with me throughout, and I am glad to say that there was a happy ending. They know their market very well, and put many hours into achieving this outcome.
