GoogleThe worst agency to deal with. Spoke to the agent (Max) on Tuesday , and we've agreed that we will be back in Brighton on Saturday. We came over from London , to find out that they can't show us any apartments!!! They claimed that they've called me on my cell on Friday. I have received multiple calls on Friday, from different people, except from THEM. Rude staff. Stay away from them.

I don't believe in luck, I believe in trust and understanding, I've been with Miss EVELYN JOSHUA for some YEARS and I've made a good amount of money with her simple strategies of trading. GoogleTerrible estate agents, slimy management. I rang to check up on the progress of my accepted offer, only to find I had been gazumped 3 days earlier. No one had contacted me, management gave pathetic and unprofessional excuse. Quite frankly they were rude and patronising. Worst experience I've had in all my time dealing with estate agents.

GoogleVery unprofessional. Wasted our time. Bad communication while trying to view a house. The agent didn't turn up and did not let us know. 15 minutes late rang but left no message. When we called back on various numbers no one picked up. We were informed after visiting the office that their employees don't have mobile phones.

GoogleI don't know on the landlors side, but surely in a tenant side they have been terrible. I have received petty excuses everyday for a house I wanted to view and different colleagues told me completely different things and now I have lost it. Poor customer service is a euphemism. Strongly non-recommended. Terrible, terrible terrible.

FacebookWATCH OUT: This estate agency uses landlords who tried to charge us £200 for cleaning. Before disputing this with the TDS, we offered them £50 which they refused. The estate agency was completely biased towards the landlords throughout. The TDS have now decided that we are to be awarded £150, with £50 going to the landlords.

GoogleI was given a highly professional service throughout the whole process of letting my house in Brighton. I was particularly impressed with manager Julian Bishop's sensitive manner of keeping in touch before exchange/remortgage/completion and then the speed and efficiency with which the letting itself took place. The office staff were invariably extremely courteous and helpful.

GoogleI rented a flat through Parsons recently and found the staff very friendly and accommodating and went from viewing to move in effortlessly. The fees were a bit higher than some other agents but I have paid more in the past for a terrible service. Will definitely rent through them again!

GoogleParsons Son and Basley are a fantastic company to go through for renting property. Me and my current housemate used them for our new place and they're all incredibly informative with brilliant customer service. Any sort of issues or queries, they deal with it straight away. I couldn't recommend them more!
