TrustpilotExcellent, wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Peter helped us through what was a challenging time due to the time constraints of the Stamp Duty holiday. He remained very professional at all times and was an excellent communicator, keeping us up to date every step of the way. This helped things progress and we would definitely use Peter and Lextons again.

TrustpilotBest I have experienced
A very helpful, knowledgable and efficient service. An agent that actually does what they promise (and more) with genuinely friendly and honest staff. Although they were acting for our sellers I'm glad they were part of the chain as they were key in resolving issues that arose. I would use them myself in the future and recommend them to others.

TrustpilotExcellent Service
As mortgage intermediaries, we are constantly in contact with estate agents. We have found the staff at Lextons to be very knowledgeable and passionate about their work in a way that we do not usually see with other agents. Our experience with Lextons is always positive, and they seem to really care about the needs and requirements of their clients.

TrustpilotLextons went above and beyond
Lextons constantly went above and beyond to try and create a smooth buying experience. Sadly, the purchase had a few ups and downs but Oliver remained professional and calm, often helping to weather the storm and get us past the finish line. Could not recommend him highly enough. Thank you!

TrustpilotBest agents in Brighton and Hove
I have worked for many years with James Pepper and Peter Phillips, they are both consummate professionals and extremely polite, they are very efficient agents to deal with. I would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property with Lextons.

TrustpilotAdvice offered was not entirely 'thorough'
Somewhat liberal with thier interpretation of joint responsibility of leaseholders. Please get a second opinion if you are considering a 'project-home' purchase from them.
