I have been a landlord with Leaders for, what must be, nearly 30 years now, so it is probably about time that I write in and commend Tracey Lewis, my property manager throughout most of this period. I have seldom come across a more diligent or conscientious person than Tracey. What is particularly striking is her relentless drive to always do the right thing for both the tenant and landlord. No effort is too much and her energy is boundless when working toward solving a problem for either landlord or tenant. For a landlord like me who tries to do the right thing by my tenants, someone like Tracey is a godsend and I hope she is appropriately appreciated and valued for the way she represents and reflects Leaders.

Service from Leaders was above and beyond. Very accommodating when it came to viewings, we met Alex in the office who took us to see 3 properties in one hit, we were told about the no deposit option too, something which suited us well, as our current deposit is still tied up with another agent. Referencing went smoothly, again Alex helped us through it in the office, but in fairness the whole team was very supportive, who ever picked up the phone managed to give us the answers we needed. Very highly recommended, will probably use Leaders again to either Let or to Buy!

Leaders was very attentive to detail from the first call I’ve made to them to inquiry about places to rent in Brighton. Instead of feeling scared or threatened during the procedure of finding a new house, I felt welcome and not even once I felt tricked into a negative environment. We rented an apartment for a fair price and, since we were coming from abroad, we had a special welcoming by our tenancy responsible, Alex Powrie. I have to say enormous thanks to Alex together with Leaders and the whole team for welcoming my husband and I so easily into our new city. We could find an apartment exactly how we wanted and where we wanted for the price we wanted, at the time we needed. I really thank Leaders for facilitating the rental process (the non deposit option was absolutely a FABULOUS approach for us coming from abroad) and making moving to a new place an easier task!

We have been letting our home in Hove via Leaders for over 4 years now. It wasn't always easy to be honest. At the moment Jason is looking after our property and he is a true asset to the Leaders Property management team and really making a difference to us. Leaders seem incredibly disorganised and ineffective, they have too many different groups of people who don’t communicate with one another and they don’t communicate with the tenant well either. They have no knowledge of the content of their tenancy agreement, seem intent on marketing above providing any service and lie to their tenants. Furthermore they are slow so things get done last minute or late and never seem concerned or apologetic for any problems. They ignore questions for the most part, possibly to avoid having to say they don’t know the answer or lie. I wouldn’t ever want to rent from them again nor would I let a property through them as I wouldn’t want another tenant to have this experience either.

Leaders have been helping us manage a large portfolio for a number of years and our current property manager (Sophie) offers invaluable support to a high standard, organising repairs and responding to queries within good time. Always very thorough, efficient and pleasant, which no doubt extends to communication with the tenants themselves. The Lettings team (Nick, Laura and Selica) continue to be a great help by keeping the properties let and providing honest, reliable advice for renewal arrangements. All in all, a very happy multi-landlord client!

Leaders has been the letting agents for our first flat and they have been amazing. Sophie, Hollie and Nick always replied immediately and took all of our concerns & questions seriously. Maintenance and issues were sorted quickly and smoothly and we always felt really taken care of! Flat inspections were every 6 months and unobtrusive. We didn’t worry about hidden or surprise costs (as students years prior this was always an anxiety) and it never felt like Leaders were trying to trick anyone. They were so kind and professional on the end of tenancy procedure and communicated whilst getting our inventory and deposit sorted quickly. Thanks leaders for everything !! A&L

We were in contact with Laura for this central flat, and they had clearly forgotten about the appointment with us. We actually walked to the office to remind them about it. Not a great start. The viewing itself felt rushed. But we liked it nonetheless, so by the next day we made an offer. Now.. It took nearly a week for someone to get back to us with an update, missing multiple deadlines (that were given to us by them, I might add) left us chasing with calls and/or emails. Told us to hold off until Friday, one more day, Tuesday and so on. Once I had enough, it took me 1 minute to go on Google and find out that the letting was already agreed. If this is not bad customer service, I honestly don't know what is. For future reference, before updating the website, maybe give an update to potential clients that have been waiting for an answer for days on end.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
