Leaders on Western Road has the backing of a large company but feels like an independent PLC. We've been in this flat for five and a half years, and all repairs/fixings have been addressed immediately and with friendly support. When we had a death in the family they even gave us flowers. We've also had great communication with contractors who have needed access to the property, and who are are also friendly and helpful, and will compliment you on your awesome dog. If you want absolute reliablity with a personal touch you should definitely use this branch.

Moved in to a rental property with Leaders recently. Seriously can't fault the service not only did they have me in my flat super quick but after a few minor problems the service department have also been excellent. Sophie in that department is always really quick to respond and deal with any problems. We often moan about estate agents and the service some of them give out so I thought it was only right to leave a review to say that I have been nothing but impressed with Leaders and all of the staff I have dealt with so far. If your considering using an estate agent in the West Sussex area my response will always be use Leaders!

I have lived in a leaders property for 12 years...Jane Crossfield managed the property I lived in. I found her to be on the ball, approachable and fair! If ever I emailed her she would ALWAYS get back to me in a timely manner and she would work hard to make sure everything ran smoothly what ever the problem and centred everything around me being the tenant! Louise Sutton did my 6 monthly checks and she was a joy to deal with, all of her reports were honest and fair and I felt that she was on my side.
