After providing proof of affordability using cis payslips leaders have stated that £50000 income isn't enough to rent a £1200pm flat. They declined my appeal and stole my £280 holding deposit. DO NOT USE LEADERS.

GoogleThey were fine when we were looking for a flat, but management of the property has been awful. Prepare to be woken by complete strangers illegally entering your property on a regular basis. Also, you won't get your deposit back... at least not in full, and not within the 10 days required by law.
