Dear Lois, The deposit is held with the Deposit Protection Service and is currently sitting there waiting for you to decide whether to accept or take it to a dispute via the dispute resolution service. One of your housemates has been in discussion with us regarding the deductions and we have explained the next steps that need to be taken. We do not take deductions from the deposit unless there are damages/cleaning that require rectifying. There is no 'scam' as you put it, there seems to be discrepancies between the inventory report when you moved in and the condition that you left the property on the check out report. If you do wish to discuss this further, please give us a call and we will be happy to help.

Dear Richard, Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear you encountered issues with Kendrick Property Services and after looking through your tenancy record I can see that there were no complaints of our services through-out your tenancy and your complaint regarding the return of your deposit was handled and dealt with immediately and the Deposit was agreed and returned to you and the other tenants at your property within 2 working weeks which we always aim to achieve. After speaking with the lead tenant whom you resided with She confirmed she was happy with our services so hopefully the issue was finally resolved since first leaving your review, however if you wish to contact the office directly we would be happy to speak to you regarding any problems you may still have with our company since you vacated earlier this month.
